How much capital do I have available to invest? Think about your financial readiness, including the amount of money you can invest without jeopardizing your financial stability.

What is my risk tolerance? Real estate investing comes with lower risk compared to many other investments, but it still has its own risks. Determine how much risk you're comfortable taking on.

How much time can I commit to real estate investing? Decide whether you'll be investing full-time or if this will be a side hustle. The amount of time you can dedicate can influence the type of Mid-Term investments you pursue (Co-Living is considered a Mid-Term Investment).

How well do I understand the local real estate market? Becoming a successful Co-Living / Mid-Term operator, often requires having comprehensive knowledge of the local market. Consider if you need to research more about property values, Mid-Term rental rates, and market trends in your area.

How will I handle potential setbacks or losses? Real estate investing is not always smooth sailing. Consider how you'll manage financially and emotionally if an investment doesn't go as planned.
